Hi Don, I'm running only SSDR in Parallels. Works great, and should be better once I upgrade my video card (still on the stock Mac card pending delivery of a PCI power cable for my good card!). Since it's the only app running in Windows, I give it its own monitor and let it play full screen.

The digital mode programs are running in OS X (I use Cocoa Modem for PSK & RTTY, WSJT-X for JT65 & JT9). MacloggerDX is great for radio control (uses network, not CAT). Winkeyer supported in Maclogger, along with programmable memories for the 6000. Audio moves between radio and apps via Signalink. I'm thinking that a later release of DAX that permits network audio may allow me to remove the A/D conversion, but for now, it's okay. About the only things I'm really missing are JT-Alert and the ability to log from WSJT-X to MacloggerDX. I'm going to look at scripting something in my 'spare time' that might help.

Anyone already invented this particular wheel? George So you are not using DAX for for input/output which would explain why you are not having issues with output in digi modes. I didn't have issues with the Navigator either which had it's own built in card. I would also give the app it's own monitor.

I have an iMAC 27' with 16gb of memory so there is a thunderbolt output that I had attached a thunderbolt to vga converter so I could use a second monitor. The only problem I had was on xmt using DAX, otherwise, it was a nice setup. So if and when that issue is resolved I will stay on a regular PC which has no issues with DAX. Update for anyone who is interested.

I'm happily moving audio back and forth from DAX running on the Windows VM to FLdigi, etc., running on the Mac. By establishing Soundflower as the audio devices (one for TX, one for RX) in the Mac, and assigning them to the VM in Parallels, they look to the Mic and Speaker drivers in the VM. Then, by using the Windows 'listen' check box, (Recording tab for BOTH devices) I can set the Microphone to playback through DAX TX Audio, and DAX RX 1 to playback through Speakers.

Since VOX works in DAX now, the radio can transmit and receive. Next step - CAT control!
